Boasting picturesque views in a leafy seaside setting with abundant birdlife, this character-filled full-brick unit is set in a quiet residential street, only a 5-minute walk to Long Reef beach and golf course, cafes, shops, and express buses. It is also walking and cycling distance to a range of scenic walks and cycleways, including Narrabeen Lakes, Edgecliff Boulevard, and Long Reef Headland.
With reverse cycle air conditioning, the apartment features high ceilings, timber floors, and two bedrooms: the master with a king-sized bed and the second configured as a study with a king single bed. Both the master bedroom and study feature generous floor to ceiling wardrobes.
The open plan living/dining area features a fully-equipped kitchen with stone bench tops, microwave, stove, oven and espresso machine.
