Positive: Communication with the hostess was prompt and pleasant. Check-in and check-out were quick and smooth. The apartment is clean, cozy, and warm, which is important in the cold season. There's a double bed in the bedroom and a single bed on the balcony, which has been converted into a summer garden. The kitchen has all the necessities. The internet is good, and you can use (TV-box) streaming services like Netflix, YouTube, and other services with your account. A good supermarket, Edeka Kipping, is 100 meters away. Parking is free on the street, but you'll have to search a bit to find a spot. The city center is a 10-minute drive away. There is a bus stop right outside the door, but we didn't use it.

Negative: The kitchen is small. Two pans are old and scratched, and there is only one saucepan for cooking. Several light bulbs are missing from the light fixtures within the apartment. The sofa in the living room doesn't fold out and isn't suitable for sleeping for larger people (the sleeping place is too short and too narrow). It's impossible to open the light curtains on the front of the apartment, as all the windows on the ground floor overlook the bus stop and the sidewalk. It would be more practical to replace the existing light curtain with tulle for the day and a thick curtain for the night. There is no wardrobe in the bedroom. Overall, the apartment is a good experience, but these little things will make it just perfect.
