Nestled on the heights of Nyons, in the heart of one of the oldest olive groves in our landscape. The house, restored to new since this year, enjoys one of the most breathtaking views of Nyons and its surroundings.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and can accommodate up to 8 people,
on the ground floor: the kitchen is in a room in the living room, it is fitted out with designer and quality household appliances, its high table is made of lava stone and its 4 armchair-stool, ideal for taking the lunch enjoying the sunrise.
the 50m2 living room with its two large bay windows, its two windows with famous blue shutters allow sunshine at all hours. Its dining table can accommodate up to 10 people. In the TV corner, a leather sofa, an armchair and a flat screen TV.
On the same floor we find an access to the garage by the corridor, a guest bedroom with bathroom, WC, and another independent WC.
The bay windows in the living room provide access to the two large terraces, north and south, of the house overlooking the courtyard and the swimming pool (you can also take your meals there).
The stone staircase of the spear, built by all hands by a stonemason from the region gives you access to the first floor.
On the first floor, the parents' bedroom with separate dressing room, King Size bed and terrace with incomparable views of Nyons and its surroundings. The children's room with two 90cm beds or a large 180cm bed for a couple also overlooks the upstairs terrace. The bathroom, separate WC and office - cinema corner complete the first level. The office is equipped with a large convertible sofa bed, and a flat screen TV.
The inground pool is on the north phase of the house, right in the middle of the olive grove. A large garden next to the swimming pool and the terrace will allow you to admire the view of Nyons and its surroundings.
The house is protected by a gate and a wrought iron fence, the indoor parking will allow you to park a car and the courtyard is large enough to park several other vehicles.
