The house is composed as follows: On the ground floor : - A large and pleasant living room with flat screen TV, home cinema. - Fully equipped kitchen. - A bathroom with walk-in shower - A laundry room with separate WC. Upstairs : - Three bedrooms with a double bed - A bedroom with two single beds of 120 - A bathroom with shower - A separate WC In front of the house we find the terrace, with the barbecue, the table and the chairs. The garden is attached to the house. A place to park next to the house (on the grass) is available to tenants. A cure rate for the first reservation includes 25% reduction the first year, and in case of renewal the next years 33.33% reduction. Reductions are made in the event of last minute reservations or reservations a few months in advance, do not hesitate to contact us.
