Positive: We booked on the day we arrived in Annecy, while touring on our motorbike. The apartment was a very pleasant surprise- beautiful views from both verandas, plenty of storage space and a kitchen/diner which was great as we wanted to do our own thing at night after sightseeing. Staff were very helpful and coped well with my terrible French! A great budget stop and we would definitely return.

Negative: The building we were in was a bit dated and the exterior, stairs and tennis area could use a bit of love- however, it was really nice inside and have no complaints considering what we paid. Be aware that the place is absolutely at the *top* of the hill!

Summary: Great value and absolutely spectacular views - loved it!
