In the countryside, the cottage has a private swimming pool (4x2.5). You are 5 minutes from the village of Upie and the Jardin aux Oiseaux. Crest and its famous tower (Highest Keep in France, listed as a Historic Monument) are 15 minutes away. The pretty botanical village of Chabrillan as well as the Ramières nature reserve, an educational and natural site, are 20 minutes away. The Drôme and Diois Valleys offer a wide range of activities! You can go hiking, mountain biking from the cottage and why not discover the Drôme river by canoe (depending on the water level), nearby is the Clairette de Die wine tourism route (local sparkling white wine), discover the local markets: colors and flavors await you and visit the hilltop villages of the Val de Drôme!
The cottage is an old independent and completely renovated farm (old 19th century farm) located in a quiet and green environment. All on the ground floor: independent entrance with two private terraces. At the back a large covered space under a frame will allow you even in bad weather to enjoy the outdoors (barbecue, relaxing on the deckchairs ...). From the French window of the kitchen, you can access an enclosed garden with private swimming pool. Fully equipped kitchen. Living room with sofas. TV. Separate toilet. Three bedrooms, 1x 160x200, 2x 90x200 or 1x 180x200 and 1x 140x190. Bathroom with bathtub and shower. Private spa and sauna available. Ping-pong and billiards table. The spa and the room including the sauna and billiards are not accessible to corporate customers. Charging of electric vehicles is not possible, charging stations are available in the neighboring village 5 kilometers away.
