Gîte on the ground floor of the owners' chalet. Access by a descending path (parking at the level of the communal road higher up in winter, 50 meters away). Entrance, living room-kitchen with large balcony-terrace of 50 m². 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160x200 cm / 1 double bed 140x200 cm / 2 single bunk beds 90x190 cm + 1 single bed 90x190 cm), shower room (Italian shower), toilet, laundry room. Grounds shared with the owners.
