Located on the plateaux of Thiers, (Borbes tourist circuit) in the heart of the Livradois-Forez Regional Natural Park, the former Faux Martel estate was refurbished in 2016 and 2017 into 2 adjoining lodgings. Quiet and peaceful and only 4 km from the city center, the rural and natural environment is preserved with a clear view of the Chaine des Puys (UNESCO listed). The estate is classified as a refuge by the LPO for the protection and observation of birds. House on the 1st floor: living room with open kitchen, 1 bedroom with 1 160 cm bed, 1 bedroom with 2 90 pull-out beds that can be joined or separated, shower room / wc. Adjoining unfenced land of 3000m². Electric heating according to consumption (around 50€ per week in winter). Non-smoking gîte. Ideal location for exploring the Auvergne, hiking trails, mountain biking circuits, equestrian tourism ... Swimming at the Iloa leisure center and the St Rémy lake at 15 min.
