The Cocoonr Agency offers for rent, in the 6ᵉ arrondissement of Lyon, this splendid T3 of 64 m², decorated with great taste, a beautiful high ceiling, exposed beams, a decorative fireplace, all nestled on the 3ᵉ floor (no lift).
Please note that this apartment is only available for medium-term stays (minimum 30 nights).
The apartment is composed as follows:
- Two distinct areas: on the left after the entrance, you'll find the living room, kitchen and bathroom, and on the right the night area with two bedrooms.
- An area overlooking Rue Molière, with a spacious living room and Togo sofas, perfect for an evening of television. A large dining table seating 6. A fully-equipped kitchen (Nespresso machine, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, etc.), with a washer/dryer. Three high chairs, bar-style, for enjoying aperitifs or meals high up with a view of the kitchen.
- The bathroom has a bathtub and washbasin, with a small storage cupboard, and a toilet.
- The night area : Two bedrooms with 160*200 beds, one with a large walk-in closet. Both overlook the inner courtyard.

The apartment is located in a residential and shopping district.
Just a stone's throw from the Foch metro station and Avenue de Saxe, where you'll find numerous clothing boutiques, you'll also be in the heart of the wholesale district, with its many restaurants, brasseries, bars...
Stroll along Cours Franklin Roosevelt to enjoy the pleasures of Lyon's gastronomy, (Chocolat Bernachon, Soha cookie, Caviste Vavro & Co, La Maison Tourtiller...).
Transport :
- Line A: Métro Foch
- Part-Dieu station: 15 minutes by metro
- Perrache station: 10 minutes by metro line A
- Lyon Saint-Exupery airport: 30 minutes with the Rhône-Express from Part-Dieu.
- On foot: just a few meters from the peninsula (at the footbridge leading to Hôtel de Ville).
