Located in a quiet residential area, this family home is ideally placed for visiting Annecy and taking advantage of all its points of interest: 1km from the gates of the old town, 1.7km from the Pâquier (lakeside), and 120m from the Thiou walk. The house has a garage where you can park your car. Free street parking is also available.
Built before the 50s, this house is ideal for 3 to 4 couples with children over 2 years of age (an umbrella bed is also available). Equipped with 2 bathrooms and toilets, it has 5 bedrooms and a very large living room: an ideal place to share a good meal, an aperitif or relax after a day of sightseeing. Its enclosed garden, equipped with barbecue and outdoor tables, allows your children and/or pets to enjoy the outdoors in complete safety.
5 bedrooms: one on the 1st floor, the other four on the 2nd floor; a sleeping area with closed doors so as not to disturb those who want to sleep. Each double bed is 160x200 cm. The 2 single beds are 90x200cm, and those in the room with bunk beds are 90x190 cm.
Built over 5 cellars, 2 are accessible to access the washing machine and dry your laundry overnight near the boiler, or store your bikes, skis... inside. You have access to the rest of the property.
Located in a quiet, residential area, it is important to respect the neighborhood and avoid noise pollution between 10 pm and 8 am. Parties are not permitted.
As we are not on site, we do not provide sheets or towels. However, if you would like them, simply ask me so that I can arrange for them to be delivered to you via a laundry service. Quotation on request according to number of people and days.
