From the living room, a staircase leads to a shower room, a toilet, and two bedrooms, one of which, decorated in pink tones, has a double bed (190x200) overlooking the garden and park, and the other, which is equipped with two single beds (90x200) with two portholes and a skylight. On the ground floor, thanks to a connecting door with the second gîte, you will enjoy a living room with vintage decor with a kitchenette with its dining area and a lounge. A beautiful wooden staircase leads you to the first floor, where you'll find a master bedroom (double bed (180x200, separable if necessary), a bathroom with green mosaic tiles, and an integrated but separate toilet. Heating and air conditioning (reversible heat pump). The best part of this cottage: beds are made upon arrival and everything is included. You'll enjoy the private terraces facing north and south. In this large wooded park, a small "beach" is located on the banks of the Oiselon, a small stream running through the property, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet.
