Positive: Lovely, stylish apartment. Location was very close to metro and trams. Balcony overlooking main street. Easy to collect keys from local shop. Very secure parking in gated garage with door into the main building. Very secure building - key fob needed for exterior door, lift and garage. Brilliant instructions for everything.
