Positive: Generous supplies of coffee, sugar, cleaning products etc, clean & comfortable apartment with everything needed in the kitchen for meal preparation. Good hot water supply. The host was responsive to our queries

Negative: The main bed was a little too firm for us, it became uncomfortable, interrupting sleep. The check-in /out process, while smooth, was via a passpass link taking us outside of bookings.com - maybe this isn’t unusual but being our first encounter as long term booking.com users, was off putting
