The House itself was built from an old sheepfold....It is bright and fully equipped.

The pretty village of ARPAVON is 15 mins walk (5 mins by car).
The small town of Sainte-Jalle is 6 km away (supermarket, bakery, post office, campsite, etc.).
The tourist town of Nyons is 15 km away.
NB: On the photos "taken from a drone", the circular swimming pool has since been replaced by a DESJOYAUX swimming pool of 8m x 4m and a large terrace of 36 m² has been created overlooking the Garden.
All the buildings, the two outbuildings, the large meadow, the olive groves, the orchard and of course the swimming pool are for the exclusive use of the tenants.
There is no "city water" so we provide mineral water at will for tenants.
