Summary: Had some good perks but overall disappointed with my stay. Would not stay again if I’m ever back in Turks.Pros:Location - was close to the night life like Aziza and the casino. It was also close to the marina which made getting to Noah’s Ark easy on Sunday.Neighborhood felt safe.CONS:Pool was dirty and filled with bugs. There did seem to be a filter in the water but did not notice it actually assisting with cleaning. I can say that one day we went out there and It did look clearer but we decided not to use it. BUGS! A lot of small bugs in the kitchen and bathroom. We did not even cook at the property and they were still flooding the kitchen. There was a trail of them on the wall going to the kitchen counter so they definitely need to do something about the pests!Power and water went out one day for most of the day during our stay. The property manager ended up coming and we told him we would be leaving to stay at another property so we could shower and change. We were sweaty and dirty from being beach bums that day so having no water was a big inconvenience. There was a power outage so this was not the property managers fault but I expected to be compensated for having to stay at another property but he ghosted me. Still have not heard back from them even though we have checked out.I got VRBO support involved who reviewed our messages and confirmed what I was saying was true and they have been trying to call and him them but they can not reach them.
