In Drôme Provençale, our authentic farmhouse (old farm from the early 18th century restored) offers you all the comfort in a magnificent setting. Located away from a small and friendly village, with a bar / restaurant , you can enjoy the peace and the environment. The house is surrounded by oak woods, vines, lavender fields and truffle oaks, on a plot of 3 hectares. An automated gate closes access.
4 bedrooms, plus bedroom / office with sofa bed, three shower rooms with WC, a bathroom with bath and WC, a sauna, can comfortably accommodate 8 to 10 people.
The swimming pool (from May to September) is secured by a safety cover and barriers (9.5 x 4 m). Several terraces with various orientations allow you to enjoy the outdoors, with complete equipment of garden furniture, parasols, deckchairs, barbecue ...
A TV lounge with fireplace, a billiard room, a dining room with TV, a vaulted summer dining room and a summer kitchen are at your disposal.
The house is on 3 levels. On the 1st, you will find a kitchen, a dining room, a living room, a bedroom with double bed in 160, a shower room with WC, access to two terraces, the billiard room
On the 2nd level: a mezzanine with library serving 3 bedrooms: one with double bed in 160 and a shower room with WC, another with a double bed in 160 + 2 single beds and a shower room with WC, and the 3rd with 2 single beds in 90, a bathroom with adjoining WC
On the lower level: dining room and summer kitchen near the swimming pool, cellar, sauna, boiler room, WC, bedroom / office with sofa bed in 160
The circulation between the different levels is done by tiled stairs secured by barriers or metal ramps.
The rental of the house includes the linen (sheets, towels) and the service of our cleaning lady (4 hours per week on Wednesday), as well as the final cleaning (8 h) and all the charges (heating, electricity, water...)
The house is of course equipped with all household appliances and WIFI access. Apart from a few weeks of rental throughout the year, it is the permanent residence of the owners.
