The swimming pool is closed from October to April depending on the weather. Small shops nearby (5 restaurants, a bakery, a tobacco shop, a grocery store, a brewery, a butcher shop depending on the season) in the heart of the village of Saint Remèze.
Regarding the house:
* 4 double bedrooms with 160/200 cm bedding, one bedroom with bunk beds, all air conditioned (The beds and bedding are new and of professional quality).
* 2 bathrooms and a powder room, two toilets.
* Beautiful air-conditioned dining room with a large volume under the framework (Provencal ceiling in tomettes) which has a large convivial table.
* An open kitchen with everything you need for cooking. For winter or off-season rentals the house has a pellet stove.
* Living area with sofa bed and large screen.
* Comfortable library area with sofa and television.
* A games room on the ground floor for older children with television, table football, darts, juke box, beer tap and light decoration. This room can easily be used as a small dormitory.
