Five bedrooms plus a TV lounge with two beds. Three upstairs around a bathroom: parent bedroom plus two children's bedrooms (possibility of 3 to 4 children per bedroom); two large bedrooms with double beds of 160 cm with bathroom or shower room.

Large kitchen bar, 4 induction hobs, traditional oven and steam oven; two fridges, freezer and ice maker. Laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
Heated swimming pool, table tennis, pétanque, table football, pinball machine, basketball hoop.
It is a main residence that we only rent in August during our holidays. The equipment is very complete. Our two very independent and autonomous cats stay on the property.
The house was designed in a bioclimatic way, it is naturally air conditioned and always fresh, on the hillside semi buried and protected by vegetation.
Following several requests on the neighborhood, on Google Maps, the satellite photos show a nearby hangar, I specify that it is on the other side of the hill, we only see it from the access path.
And it's just a deposit with no activity during the day and absolutely no activity in the summer.
